Projeny then becomes the employees timesheet. By using the clock in and clock out button, at the end of a timesheet period, an employee simply needs to look at their timesheet generated by Projeny and submit it. The assignment based time management features allow precise time tracking for projects and clients. There is no easier way for your employees to automatically allocate their time.
Projeny tells you who's performing and who isn't. Managers can view reports showing an employees clocked-in time vs. time spent working on a specific assignment, which create a ratio of "billable hours" vs. total hours worked. This feature allows employers a simple and direct way to improve employee performance by keeping them on task. Every assignment accepts an estimated hours to complete. By comparing this to the sum of the actual hours logged to complete the assignment, Projeny is able to let the manager see when employees may need more training for a task.
